A pram chain is a textile toy chain that is attached at two points. Depending on the model, it is secured using clips, C-rings or ties. This allows the figures to be positioned on the pram or infant carrier within the baby’s field of vision, ready to be looked at, felt and reached for.

Every Fehn pram chain has its own special details. Rattles, squeaks, mirrors and grasping rings are included with many models. Depending on the design, they may be complemented by crinkle paper, a teether or other thoughtfully designed details. Different fabrics and surfaces also invite babies to touch and feel.

The pram chains differ in length and features. Handy models measure approximately 37 to 40 cm, while longer versions measure up to around 50 cm. The appropriate size depends on where the chain will be used and which attachment points are available.
Care instructions also vary depending on the model. Many pram chains require a gentle hand wash, while individual models can be washed at 30 °C. Always follow the information provided with the relevant product. Please also observe the individual attachment instructions and warning notices. To prevent possible injury from entanglement, the pram chain must be removed when the child starts trying to get up on their hands and knees in a crawling position.
