Shipping policy

Shipping Area

We currently ship exclusively within Germany.
Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

• Flat-rate shipping within Germany: €4.95 per order.
• Free shipping on orders over €40.00.

All prices include applicable VAT.

Processing and Delivery Times

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Our internal processing time is 1–3 business days.
• Shipping is carried out via GLS.
• GLS deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.

Tracking Information

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transport, please contact us immediately using our contact form.

In the event of obvious transport damage, we kindly ask you to report it directly to the delivery service whenever possible.

Failure to file a complaint or contact us does not affect your statutory rights or their enforcement, particularly your warranty rights. However, it helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance provider.
