Order & Payment

In our online shop you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Shipping & Delivery

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €4.95 per order. For orders over €40.00, shipping is free. Read more

Your order will be processed internally within 1–3 business days. The subsequent shipping time is 2–3 business days. Read more

After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your delivery at any time.

In this case, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@fehn.de or via our contact form. In case of visible transport damage, it also helps to note this directly with the delivery person.

Returns & Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. A short notification by email to widerruf@fehn.de or via our contact form is sufficient. Read more

After declaring your cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

You bear the direct costs of the return yourself, unless there is a defect or a wrong delivery. Read more

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of shipment is provided.

A description of the defect, the item and batch number, and possibly photos are helpful. For musical mobiles, we also need the melody of the musical mechanism.

Age, Use & Materials

Many of our products are suitable from birth. In addition, we provide age recommendations based on the child's developmental stage.

The age recommendation serves as a guide for when a product is particularly suitable for your child. It is not a restriction, but rather helps with selection.

The exact material specifications can be found on the respective product page and on the product label. We pay attention to high-quality and tested materials.

Our products are designed for long-term use and are carefully crafted to accompany babies well through everyday life.

Care & Application

Please note the care instructions on the respective product label. Many products are washable at 30 °C, some should be hand washed.

Open safety zipper

Our musical mobiles have a safety zipper. This can be opened with the help of a paper clip to remove the musical mechanism.

Repair & Spare Parts

For removable musical movements, we will send a replacement part within the two-year warranty period. For permanently installed musical movements, we will individually check for repair or replacement. Please contact our customer service at service@fehn.de or via our contact form.
