Right of Withdrawal – Brief Overview
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may contact us, for example, by email at widerruf@fehn.de or via our contact form.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by post, email or via our contact form, provided the subject “Withdrawal” is selected there) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Refusing acceptance of a delivery or failing to collect a delivery does not constitute a valid withdrawal.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract to Fehn GmbH & Co. KG, Returns Department, Badergasse 58, 96472 Rödental, Germany. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods:
- that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs; or
- that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery; or
- that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
