Complaint process
1. Contact us
Please use our contact form and select "Complaint" as your concern. Describe the defect as precisely as possible. Alternatively, you can also contact us by phone or email.
2. Review of your request
We will carefully review your request. If necessary, we will ask you for further information or for photos for documentation.
3. Further procedure*
Subsequent performance
In the event of defects in the goods, you can initially demand a repair or a replacement delivery within the scope of your statutory defect rights.
If you opt for a repair and this would incur disproportionately high costs, we reserve the right to provide a replacement delivery instead.
Rescission or reduction
If subsequent performance fails or is refused by us, you can withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.
In the event of rescission, you return the goods at our expense and risk and receive a refund of the purchase price.
There is no right of rescission for minor defects; in this case, you can only demand a reduction. In the event of a reduction, we will refund you the difference between the value of a defect-free and a defective item.
* If you are a merchant, § 377 HGB (duty to inspect and give notice of defects, deemed approval) also applies.
Return in case of a complaint
Should a return be necessary, we will inform you separately about the further procedure.
Returns will only be made after prior agreement with us. Please do not send any goods back to us unsolicited.
If a return is necessary and we provide you with a return label, we will cover the incurred shipping costs.
