Comforters can accompany babies from birth while cuddling, grasping and discovering. At Fehn, you will find a variety of shapes, materials and animal characters – from classic comforters and smaller, easy-to-hold models to muslin and activity comforters. All comforters in this collection are marked as suitable for babies from 0+ months.
Classic comforters combine a soft animal character with fabric sections, knots or different textures. They are easy for small hands to grasp and can accompany babies both at home and on the go.
The Muslin Comforter Otter Theo combines a small otter character with a generously sized muslin cloth. Smaller designs are particularly easy to handle and can be conveniently carried in a changing bag or pram.
Depending on the design, activity comforters include additional play features. The Activity Comforter Fox Deluxe features a rattle, squeaker, crinkly paper, mirror, teether and grasping rings. These elements offer additional opportunities for listening, feeling, grasping and discovering.
Different materials and material combinations are used depending on the comforter. Some models are made from cotton. One example is the Comforter Hare, which has cotton outer materials and filling. Its attachment ring can be used with commercially available pacifiers with or without a handle.
Additional features such as a pacifier attachment ring, rattle, teether, crinkly paper or mirror are not included with every comforter. Care instructions also vary: while many models can be washed at 30°C, some activity comforters require gentle hand washing. Please always follow the information provided on the respective product page and the product’s care label.
A comforter is a thoughtful gift for a baby – whether for a new arrival, christening or baby shower. Different animal characters, colours and materials make it easier to choose a model that suits the family or complements an existing Fehn collection.
